We are looking for a young and talented Junior Project Engineer to enlarge our Operational Excellence Team, which is dedicated to creating efficiency within our Productive Plants with a Continuous Improvement and Data-driven mindset.
She / He will report directly to the Corporate Engineering Manager and will work with different departments to ensure that the projects of the whole BU in which she / he is involved will be a success.
As Junior Project Engineer you will deal with activities such as : Support for projects in different Gnosis’ sites, including 3 Production plants in Pisticci (MT), Bagnolo Mella (BS) and Sant’Antonino (Switzerland).
Management of external companies, analysis of offers, drafting of URS, analysis of technical data sheets and technical review of offers to support the Purchasing department.
Assistance to the Project Manager in the change management process for CapEx projects.
Support Corporate Engineering in the optimization and automation of the CapEx management process (from idea collection, prioritization, approval, project execution, hand-over to the customer with formalization of lessons learned).
CapEx data analysis and management in support of Corporate Engineering – monthly meetings with plants to monitor projects progress.
Qualifications : Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Previous experience in a Chemical Pharmaceutical company (stage or Thesis work) is considered a plus.
